In spite of the manifold and extensive possibilities of our TPS, it makes planning and controlling your manufacturing processes quite simple in its practical application as it follows a standardised procedure:

1. First of all, all relevant bills of materials are read in and mapped 1:1 in the system.
   (Bills of materials can also be entered manually or be complemented in the TPS)
2. In the next step the production processes required for every component are determined.
   (Repeating schemes can be managed and called up via templates)
3. Subsequently, the required employees and machines will be assigned and the start as well as end dates fixed.

• Finally, our Toolmaking Planning Software TPS evaluates the available system-wide information for every element and visualises the respective tool with all its components, all production processes, all production machines as well as all defined work steps - and of course every employee - as a project.

Capacities, target times and capacity utilization can be separately planned, defined and managed per production process and per resource. As a matter of course the system differentiates between effective running time and set-up time when it comes to machinery. The creation and management of route cards is also included in our Toolmaking Planning Software. Your own production machines can be mapped in the corresponding Machine Manager with all relevant production data. Configurable statuses of persons and machines allow temporary specifications of all relevant features and thus facilitate quick changes and adjustments to different working conditions of employees and machines.

Documents and reporting - numerous export features, many supported formats
All relevant documents can be managed in the integrated document management system. Here, the bill of materials can be saved with the project, the machine specification with the corresponding machine and the documents on qualifications of an employee directly with the employee. All data stored in the system can be combined with the reporting feature, which supports the conventional formats such as Excel, Word or PDF as target format. You can determine the layout and every report will be created in the desired display variant.

Extensive configuration options
Your processes are aligned with your requirements and need not be adapted to our software. In fact, TPS adapts to your processes, as it can be customised and extensively configured. Furthermore we can develop dedicated functionalities for special requirements.

Connection to existing systems
If the customer already uses ERP, HR and time management or machine control systems, admileo's TPS will smoothly be coupled to them to ensure perfect communication. Any and all options will be optimised for the conditions prevailing at the customer's premises.
