The message management in admileo is designed as a notification system and offers some innovative features that by far exceed the standard features of comparable systems. For example, it allows to immediately initiate further processes regarding tasks and other activities right out of the messages. Moreover, status messages and changes are communicated via the messaging system. Messages can be monitored and archived with all relevant file attachments and are fully automatable. This means that messages will automatically be generated when they are triggered by predefined events in the system.
Personal messages
Each user has his or her own Personal Message Manager. It serves as the central instance to receive and manage their personal messages. Personal messages will automatically be sent as soon as certain events and/or actions are triggered in the admileo system, which have been defined as relevant for that particular employee. When logging in already the user is informed about all events concerning him/her. This includes, for example, the workflow-supported holiday planning as well as the assignment of roles and rights as well as irregularities in the booking of working hours.
Messages relevant for controlling purposes
Messages can also be generated by projects: If, e.g., a plan value is exceeded, the message module of the project will receive and save the corresponding message. This message can be forwarded to freely definable persons either as a single message or, in the case of several such messages, as a quantity-based accumulative message. In addition to their being sent as personal messages within the system, such messages can also be sent to external e-mail addresses.
Messages with a request to act
Many messages can be generated as part of a longer process/workflow chain. They will not only inform the recipient about the event but ask the recipient to act or react so that the workflow as a whole can be driven further.
