Project controlling

Project controlling with admileo – control rather than just administer

For the controlling process that runs parallel to the project execution, admileo provides all required tools and instruments to ensure that the project objectives are achieved. All tools can be individually configured on the different levels of the project structure so that project managers will always maintain a comprehensive overview while specialists will work with a focus on the parameters relevant for their tasks. An exportable project status report will summarize all the details in a constantly available and current version.

Planned/Actual comparisons

Deviations from planning specifications will be detected by the system at an early stage and will in time be automatically reported to the persons in charge using the desired communication channels.
Just take a look at the navigation tree, which can be viewed as a vertical (multi-) project breakdown structure with a lot of useful information, and you find symbols that provide first information about the status of the most important parameters: deadlines, plan values, costs. Threshold values for each parameter can individually be defined in every (sub-) project and adapted to new conditions at any time.

In addition, admileo will immediately inform all persons involved as soon as a defined value is reached. Thus it is ensured that in case of exceeding or underachieving certain plan values the responsible persons can immediately take appropriate measures. If deviations from the planning specifications occur, the required countermeasures can quickly and efficiently be implemented in admileo. Accordingly, deviations can lead to a change of the planning specifications so that the overall planning will always be kept up to date. Any and all changes will of course remain traceable at all times.

Change Management

With regard to the fact that the approval processes required for the implementation of changes involve various project managers, customers or other stakeholders, admileo provides a high-performance query and change management. It serves to keep track of changes and control the respective queries and approvals.
