admileo provides a professional product data management for the administration of the complete internal and external product information, which can separately map all variants and all versions. The Product Data Management (PDM) in admileo therefore maps products and systems down to the smallest element in its well-structured navigation tree. Within the created structures it is possible to define entire assemblies, which can then be used, evaluated and archived for the most diverse product variants or new products.
PDM can also be used to manage information about any type of services according to company-specific categories. As a matter of course you can map your own production machines in order to, for example, control the required maintenance work. Moreover, admileo's PDM is of interest for software developers, who can map their systems with all variants and versions. 3D files can conveniently be viewed in the integrated CAD Viewer.
Product maintenance at the customer's premises
At the same time admileo shows you which products of which design are being used at which customer and at which site. Thus the system supports you with after-sales management reminding you specifically, when which customer will need to receive certain documents and when which machine requires maintenance. What are the conditions at the location? Even environmental management and knowledge management benefit from an advanced and perfectly implemented management of all product data.
Task control
admileo provides comprehensive task control. Here, tasks are linked to the person in charge according to freely definable criteria.
admileo's task control feature utilises the structures defined in the Product Data Management to systematically file tasks and assign them to the respective persons in charge. Whether there are errors, queries, internally motivated improvements or customer-specific further developments, admileo's integrated task control facilitates the convenient management of many different classes of tasks. And workflow-controlled messages ensure that tasks are processed both internally and externally on schedule.
