admileo provides comprehensive task control. Here, tasks are linked to the person in charge according to freely definable criteria. Beside the work packages, tasks are available for booking the working hours.

The task control in admileo includes the assignment of tasks, their management and their processing state. Tasks can be created, prioritised, sorted and displayed according to many different criteria. Tasks can be integrated into the Project Management and manage not only the work packages assigned to an employee but also the related effort booking. Thus they help to exactly determine the work progress.

Coordination with the Product Data Management

The task control feature utilises the structures defined in the Product Data Management to systematically file and assign tasks. Whether there are errors, queries, internally motivated improvements or customer-specific further developments, admileo's integrated task control facilitates the convenient management of many different classes of tasks.

Workflow-supported web interface

Workflow-controlled messages ensure that tasks are processed both internally and externally on schedule. Moreover, upon request the task control provides customers and employees with an external web interface, which can also be used to create and display tasks.
