Apart from the possibility to file documents and attachments according to objects in the system, admileo provides a central document management system with many useful features such as, for example, a complete versioning system and extensive filter options for document search.
Only one editor at a time
The system protects documents while being edited against access, so that unwanted editing steps such as deletions, overwriting or amendments are prevented for as long as the document is being edited.
Versioning of documents
As a matter of course, the document management system in admileo provides the option to save amendments of documents as a new version. Previous versions will always remain accessible. In the versioning process it is possible to save comments and key words for each version, which will subsequently be available for the document search.
Use multiple filter options to quickly find the right document
In conjunction with the elemental basic information all the stored information will immediately be visible as soon as the document is selected in the selection list. The list itself becomes dynamic through extensive filter options so that it can be clearly arranged at any time according to meaningful criteria.
