The Contact Management in admileo manages not only contacts at the company's own locations but also the contacts of all customers, suppliers and external service providers. For these contact types there are evaluation criteria available to support the quality management.

The entire communication with individual contacts is monitored by the system, including all transmitted documents and e-mails. Accordingly admileo provides information not only about the fact when which employee has last been in contact with a customer but also which documents have already been sent to the customer.

Moreover, the contact details stored here are useful for the Sales and Marketing department in order to always keep customers informed about the company's products and services by sending them newsletters or brochures.
